1. Who we are

The website olgashantina.com and the ShantiOlga app (the "service") are provided by Shantiolga FZE LLC, licence No. 4422912.01 (Sharjah Publishing City — Free Zone Authority), Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Support: shantiolga22@gmail.com, +971 50 308 9379, @shantiolga in Telegram. By using the service or buying a product, you accept these terms.

2. What these materials are

Readings, audio practices, guidance, the guided path and consultations are Olga Shantina's original psychological typology based on the date of birth: a description of character traits, themes of a period and self-development recommendations. They are informational and educational materials for self-reflection.

The service does not provide divination, event forecasting or occult rituals, does not claim to know the future and does not promise any result. The materials are not medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic help, do not diagnose anything and do not replace treatment; they are not legal, financial or investment advice.

3. Age

The service is intended for people over 18.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment and include all fees. Payments on the website are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. In the Telegram app, prices are in Telegram Stars and payment is processed by Telegram.

5. Delivery and access

Digital products open immediately after payment and stay in your account. Guidance for a year and the guided path are valid for 12 months from purchase; guidance for a month — 31 days. The guided path includes a monthly group call with Olga (1.5 hours); the date and link are sent in advance. A consultation is a 1-hour video call; you choose the time after payment.

7. Other people's data

By entering another person's name and date of birth (compatibility, close people, children), you confirm that they know about it and agree, and for a child under 18 that you are their parent or legal guardian.

8. Copyright

The texts, audio and music belong to Olga Shantina and the seller. They are for your personal use only: you may not copy, publish, forward or sell them.

9. Liability

You decide how to use the materials. The seller is not responsible for decisions made on their basis or for interruptions in the internet, Telegram or payment services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE (Emirate of Sharjah). If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please write to us first: we resolve most questions by message.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page.
